Property Learning Hub is a content site — we don't have user accounts, and we don't sell personal information to anyone. This page explains, in plain English, the small amount of data we do collect and why.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which guides are useful and how people find the site. It collects things like which pages you visit, roughly where you're visiting from (country/region level, not a precise address), your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (e.g. from a search engine). This is aggregated, statistical data — we don't use it to identify you individually.

The contact form
If you use the contact form on our About page, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. That submission is delivered to us via a form service called Web3Forms, and used only to respond to your enquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list or share that information with anyone else.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which — like virtually all web hosts — logs standard technical request data (such as IP address and request timing) as part of running the network and protecting the site from abuse. We don't access this data for tracking purposes ourselves.
What we don't do
- We don't require or offer user accounts, so there's no personal profile stored about you
- We don't sell or rent personal information to third parties
- We don't collect payment details — this site doesn't sell anything
- This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children

Changes to this policy
